Job description :

- It is a key component of the company governance framework, promoting the improvement of governance, risk management, controls, and compliance

- Providing independent assurance over the quality of the company management of its key risks both to the Audit Committee and to Executive management.

- Enforcing clear standards on governance, risk management controls, and compliance and maintaining - excellent management assurance processes.

- Supporting the Audit Committee and Executive management to understand the company's key risks and risk management capability.

- Leading key assignments effectively.

- Ensuring that their team is achieving high standards of assurance and that scope is delivered within time.
