We have a Suitable Senior Vacancy as Manager – Internal Audit Function with our clients who are a very large, reputed, professionally managed MNC Global engineering & construction organization based in Dubai and having headcount over 10000. The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Head-Internal Audit. Job Profile: Would be a key member of the Internal Audit Team. Would be involved in Internal Controls and initially in generating & presenting Audit Reports to the Top Management & Board on a regular basis using the available information thereby facilitating performance monitoring and fact based decision-making

Job Description:

- The Manager – Internal Audit duties would broadly encompass generation and collation of data to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management in planning and managing the core functions of the business including resourcing, staffing and client on-boarding

- Implement and analyze audit reports of different frequencies (E.g.: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to facilitate effective business decision-making.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Create and design audit reports from various systems and analyze the results for the management team and business unit heads for their decision making

- Collate and maintain data from various systems and reach out to users, if needed in order to incorporate them in various reports to be used for decision making

- Research and analyze actionable data to the senior management to enable proactive business decisions and/or react quickly to the changing business environment

- Identify process improvements to streamline date collection and report generation

- Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

- Communicate and present analytical findings to the management team

Candidate Profile: Graduate / CA or CA Inter/ ICWA / CIA / FCA with 10-20 years relevant experience in Internal Audit function and exposure to MIS/ Reports / Reporting Management of Audit in large manufacturing organisations in oil & gas or Power or EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) verticals or in reputed audit firms overseeing / doing personally doing personally MIS / Reports / Reporting Management for oil & gas or Power or EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) companies.

- Must possess analytical ability to objectively evaluate business relevant dynamic processes so as to be able to contribute to the growth of the Company.

- Leadership quality for molding the audit team into an effective tool not only to ensure compliance to checks and controls but also assist in the growth of the business.

- Ability to interact with senior management of the Company

- Ability to present data in a meaningful manner and ability to highlight key matters

- Excellent Presentation skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS office is a must

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
