Manager- Internal Audit/ Leading Bank

We have an Urgent Opening with Leading Bank based out of Delhi for Internal Audit/ Manager, required with Corporate Banking Audit experience of both Credit & Operations side of Commercial Banking.

Job Description:

- Submit annual self inspection plan.

- Timely revising the Audit P&P.

- Provide rectification suggestion on Audit findings.

- Conducting and preparing minutes for Audit Committee Meetings.

- Follow Window for RBI/HO/FSC/Concurrent Auditor.

- Submit RBI inspection report to HO for review and comments.

- Coordinate and submit to HO for annual HO audit.

- Submit HO approved Response Letter to RBI FOR Annual inspection findings.

Industry Preferred: From Bank, (Can be from Manufacturing/Consulting, but should have Prior Banking experience.)

Exp: Minimum 9 years.
