Internal Audit Lead - Advertising & Public Relations Firm

About the company- A British multinational advertising and public relations company with its main management office in London and its executive office in Dublin, Ireland. It owns number of advertising, public relations and market research networks and is now one of the "Big Four" agency companies. Also listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Key Summary of the role-

1) Active Audit- They need someone who can identify opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify Internal Audit tools and processes right from Information gathering till the review stage. They are looking for someone can execute internal audits for assigned cycles of the audit program by reviewing financial controls and testing compliance with established internal control policies, procedures, regulations and laws as applicable

2) Timely completion of Internal Audit Workpapers and audit program including documenting identified risks, issues, and recommendations in the Internal Audit Software TeamMate;

3) Individual Contributor -This is an Individual Contributor role. They need somebody who is an excellent project manager who can work independently to conduct audits from beginning to end, manage stakeholders

4) Team size- Their corporate IA team is 9 people(Delhi/Mumbai and Dubai)

5) Travel- Ability to travel extensively.

6) Growth Path- The company believes in growing people internally. There is a succession plan for the hired candidate
