Our Client is a US Based MNC in Manesar,Gurgaon.

Location : Manesar (Near Gurgaon)

Shift : 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Please find the JD below :

- Responsible for critical Order to Cash reporting and analytics, which involves daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Strong understanding on designing internal controls.

- Participate in designing internal controls and ensuring SOX and Audit compliance.

- Should have a good understanding of SOX requirements with a quality bent of mindset is desired.

- Periodic Budgeting and Forecasting of the reserve and write offs, perform actual vs budgeted analysis

- Along with reporting also analysing the process related issues faced by credit and collections teams and help resolve those issues. Work very closely with Accounts receivable, Credit analysts and collections team.

- Also, identify any simplification or process improvement opportunities and work with IT and operations team to ensure that the improvements are implemented.

- Project Management.

Qualification + Exp :

- CA preferred

- Essentials to the Job are excellent spreadsheet knowledge and presentation skills

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

- Demonstrated Project management skills and experience

- Should have worked in a global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional, remote environment)
