JPPL is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to lead the product management for its recently launched Travel platform encompassing and exciting journey setting up the Product vision and scaling up the Tech platform to drive value to its loyal customers for their Non-Non-Air Travel needs


- Complete ownership of thinking and defining the Product roadmap and Strategy for Non-Air platform

- Direct ownership of Non-Air platform features and functionalities and conversions thereof

- Identify opportunities through internal & external research & make actionable recommendations to drive business growth via improvement in conversion ratios

- Drive Product feature discovery and shipment process and impact Conversions growth thereof

- Direct ownership of setting up a seamless online journey experience & shipping product features which enhance and delight our loyal customers

- Constant competition benchmarking in terms of best UI/funnel experiences to improve conversions

- Research & Understand customer behavior and continuously solve for their problems

- An established ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with Product Engineering teams, marketing, business development, customer support and Analytics teams

Job Description:

- Do everything it takes to ship awesome products & features on the new Non-Air platform

- Work e2e for driving value to JP customers from identifying areas to focus on, understanding user needs, writing requirements, working with all teams to implement, analyze data post launch and chalk out the strategic direction of the product

- Leading new supply onboarding integrations as well as optimizing existing ones

- Develop strategy and roadmap for next generation of mobile/web product which includes product ideation, feature rollouts, user onboarding, testing, and user feedback analysis

- Lead effort to promote and build richer deals through active engagement with Category and Business development teams to drive growth & adoption for the LOB

- Managing complete order lifecycle, customer engagement, and optimizing conversion rate across Non-Air Product verticals like Hotels, Cabs and Experiences.

- Optimizing key revenue drivers, metrics for product, and ensuring improvement in P&L

- Analyze user grievance data and gaps in services to increase customer satisfaction & become the growth custodian for C-Sat and NPS metrics for Non Air products

- Improve operational systems, information flow, business process, and prioritized between customer experience and performance

- Establishing and nurturing internal as well as external relationships for day to day business deliveries

- Deep dive data and derive potential insights to drive decisions and directions for business growth

- Integrate usability studies, market analysis, CRM use-cases, and NPS related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution

- Define and analyze metrics that infers success of products and features, from a marketplace model standpoint

- Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows working hand in hand with internal and external Product and Tech teams to deliver excellent experience

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

- Work closely with all teams involved in building and shipping the product including design, engineering, QA, marketing, finance, and Internal and external Tech teams

- Ideate, Rollout and Monitor funnel level enhancements & work closely with the Marketing & Category teams to drive higher conversions & bookings

Education & Skill Set:

- A mindset that will constantly think about ROI, platform adoption & building User stickiness & engagement

- B.E./B.Tech preferable, Postgraduate a must from premier institutes like IIT or IIM

- Should have relevant experience in working on Non-Air platforms and deep knowledge about the same

- 4-8 years of work experience with preferably core 2+ years in Non-Air category within Travel and E-commerce domain

- Experience shipping and/or managing a product that is being used by thousands (or millions!) of users is useful

- Understanding of Hotels and online Hotel booking platform ecosystem is a big plus

- Great communication and presentation skills

- Great organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

- Good project/product management skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines

- Data Driven and good understanding of various analytical tools and metrics around web and mobile products such as conversions, funnels etc

- Good conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills would be a big plus

- Obsession over details & design to drive awesome products for greater customer delight

- Team player with ability to work with diverse teams

- Adaptable and flexible should be able to work in fluid startup like environment of ambiguity and tight deadlines
