InterMiles - Manager - Loyalty Program Key Responsibilities : - Provide inputs for formulation of overall organization strategy, and short/ long term business plans to leverage loyalty - Develop and deliver on strategy, goals and performance metrics for the loyalty function as per the goals and objectives of the organization - Develop the budget for the loyalty vertical and monitor and ensure adherence to budget - Responsible for the continuous development and management of the InterMiles loyalty programme including the Elite tier programme; programme benchmarking, programme structure and rules / policies, and programme benefits - Responsible for the management and development of existing and new sub-programmes eg. MyFamily, Subscription Programme, Business Programme, etc. - Working with the marketing team to create, implement and monitor the framework for new member acquisitions and 1st transaction activations through initiatives in travel, lifestyle and payments - Work with the marketing team to create, implement and monitor the entire customer lifecycle management framework; create &amp; track annual communication calendar, promotion plans and digital marketing strategy to achieve organisation objective - Drive Intermiles redemption target for the Programme, launch &amp; manage redemption products/platforms for Intermiles. Monitor key milestones on monthly/ quarterly basis and report the same to senior mgmt. - Work closely with Analytics and Information Technology team to develop strategy and process for leveraging the rich data asset and building insights on the loyalty drivers - Recommend business promotion ideas to drive business objectives on Elite tier engagement, benefits utilization, activation led acquisitions; create business case &amp; get sign off from IM senior management for such initiatives - Involved in special projects from time-to-time as required by the management QUALIFICATION &amp; EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING &amp; KNOWLEDGE Qualification &amp; Education : - Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration Experience : - 5 years + work experience with experience in Travel/Airline/Hospitality/Retail industry preferred - Extensive relationship management experience at senior level, and in stakeholder management - Understanding of Loyalty program(s) and industry Training &amp; Knowledge : - Strong Application knowledge and understanding of business requirements - Planning and project management skills - A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Microsoft Project - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
