Interlink Group - Manager/Sr Manager - Reinsurance & Direct Marketing

The role consist of bringing in new business from the market and ensuring the smooth way of working, handling the team and working closely with the team to achieve the targets.

KRA:

- Understanding business and bringing outhouse business.

- Should have a proper knowledge of Non - Life Reinsurance business.

- Should be flexible in travelling abroad for business purpose once in a year max twice.

- Initiate/prepare reinsurance submissions/underwriting narrative with direction from senior colleagues.

- Prepare slips/cover notes or summary of terms based upon the placement terms.

- Accountable for verifying all slips/cover notes or summary of terms & contract wordings have been fully executed.

- Good communication skills.

- Min. experience 3 yrs for Managerial Level.

- Accountable for representing Interlink professionally in all outside contacts.

- Should be able to generate business & achieve targets.

- Good Team player & Motivational person.

- Ensuring smooth transition of business.

Qualification :

- Minimum Graduate, preferably MBA in Insurance & Finance or AIII/FIII.

- French Language Savy would be an addition during selection.
