Interim HR Head (6 months)
Key Expectations :
- Defining the Business HR strategy and structure to facilitate effective implementation of HR practices, processes, and programs
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Represent the full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business and act as the single point of contact for all their needs
- Facilitate change management wherever whenever required
- Work with other HR sub-functions like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Service Delivery, International HR etc. to evaluate proposed HR programs for viability
- Pro-actively gather business needs and communicate the same to other HR sub-functions so that deliveries can be on time and of the best possible quality
- Proactively study existing HR policies and processes and suggest changes which will help position HR function as a strategic partner with the business
- Coach senior managers and leaders on people issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations
- Collaborate with other teams and managers which will help the Company acquire, identify and groom future leaders from within
- Work closely with the HR and Unit leadership team to identify talent development opportunities and provide thought leadership and strategic direction to effectively roll out and manage the structured high-value initiatives in the areas of Individual Development Planning, Career Progression, and Development and Capability Development
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Close interaction with the industry to identify the best practices and implement the same for the Company
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
