Founded over 10 years ago at Bangalore by an XLRI alumnus Anu Sharma, the Firm has engaged with over 100+ corporations, supporting them in their Human Capital Management efforts. We have two distinct practices Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients, and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes.

We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others. Very actively engaging with Emerging Great Organisations such as redBus.in as well as with quite a few of our clients with global heritage - Wells Fargo, ESPN, Danaher Corp, UBM to name a few, we have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories. The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore and Mumbai,Kokata, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and a team of close to 50 HR professionals.

We are looking for an Interim Head HR, for a finite time assignment that is based in Hyderabad.

The client : A Multinational with operations across Geographies, in the Engineering solutions space

Role Profile : End to End HR spectrum, working with the Managing Director . This is a full time assignment

Location : Based out of Hyderabad

The role scope :

- The incumbent will closely work with the Country Head of the client business in India - on the entire HR agenda for the company.

- Setting up of HR architecture replicating and contextualising global policies and frameworks - for the client who is setting up operations in India through an M&A route

- Heading / Managing HR for the India operations ongoing.

Desired Profile:

- MBA in HR from a reputed school

- 10+ years generalist HR experience with reputed organisations

- Sound HR Generalist Experience having worked in strategic / business partnering roles

- Experience having driven HR agenda closely working with senior level Business Leadership is a must

- Knowledge / exposure to M&A s a plus

- Experience having worked in Multinational matrix structures an advantage

- Execution skills in a client facing environment

- Currently based in Hyderabad

The estimated duration of the project : 6 months. Could be extended basis mutual agreement
