Interim Head - Human Resource

We are looking for an Interim Head HR, for a finite time assignment that is based in Mumbai, immediately .

The client : An MNC

Role Profile : Lead the HR function, reporting to the CEO . This is a full time assignment

The role scope :

- The incumbent will closely work with the CEO on the entire HR agenda for the company.

- Heading / Managing HR for the entire company.

Desired Profile :

- MBA in HR from a reputed school

- 10 to 12 years generalist HR experience with reputed organisations, in Knowledge Industry / ITES space

- Sound HR Generalist Experience having worked in strategic / business partnering roles

- At least 5 years of experience in a good large sized organisation in Knowledge Industry space

- Experience having driven HR agenda closely working with senior level Business Leadership / exposure to a matrixed business environment is a must

- Execution skills in a client facing environment

The estimated duration of the project : 6 months. Could be extended basis mutual agreement
