The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): Time &amp; KRA bound (3 months to 3 years) assignments - usually in a turnaround, transition, reengineering scale up, culture change, deal making scenario. - INR 200 -2000 crore companies - usually owner driven / entrepreneurial, cash rich, global aspirations. The Person (Candidate Details) : Age : 55+ yrs Education : Graduate / Engineering + MBA Only candidate who have held similar position for a minimum 5 years of INR 200+ crore companies need apply.
