Intergrow Brands is seeking to hire a Head - Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for launch of new division in spice and masala category in Tamil Nadu. He / She will be in charge of managing sales & marketing by developing go to market strategy, creating a robust distribution network, be responsible for secondary sales through efficient trade marketing initiatives and hire an supervise a motivated and energetic sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and implementation of sales strategies for the region.
- Plan and appoint distribution network to achieve primary sales targets.
- Work and achieve desired targets through GT and Modern Trade Channels.
- Develop Sales plans and policies for effective implementation.
- Design appropriate trade schemes, quantity purchase schemes, consumer offers, manage promoters to achieve secondary sales target.
- Scan the market and recommend appropriate new products and prepare plan of action for new product launch.
- Oversee the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of sales team.
- Responsible for creating and implementing trade spends to support growth.
- Analyse data to generate insights, create action plan and implement plan to achieve desired results.
Experience:
A competent professional with 18 - 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG industry.
Educational Qualification - MBA - Marketing
