Job Description : Business / Design Analyst

Purpose

- The job holder will document and analyze business requirements, and make recommendations in quantifiable terms on where new PSS changes could produce business benefits such as reduction in unit cost of operation, enhanced productivity and improved decisions

- To design solutions for PSS related business challenges and opportunities

- To engage architecture, development and other IT teams to ensure solutions are viable

- To estimate requirements to determine size and complexity

Knowledge & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business analyst capacity in related Business areas, with in-depth experience in the transportation industry. A proven track record in detailed business system analysis and product development is preferred

- Strong business domain knowledge of the assigned PSS area with broad knowledge and awareness of all cross functional domains. Knowledge of third party PSS systems such as Amadeus altea and Sabre Sonic PSS would be an added benefit.
