InterGlobe - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Management

Job Responsibilities:

She/he would be part of the finance team and be responsible for financial planning, Analysis and fund management for the Finance function of InterGlobe's Real Estate Business. The role will report into the Business CFO.

Investments:

1. Evaluation of the financial model for various proposed investments by validating various assumptions including model flow, debt funding & tax planning.

2. Assist CFO in leading finance tasks associated with various investments, acquisitions of SPV's and assets.

Debt Funding:

1. Coordination and fund management from financial institutions (Banks, NBFC's etc.) for borrowing in IGR (in partnership with GE)

2. Coordinating with Asset Managers & maintaining the optimum leverage for SPV's and/or assets in the portfolio

3. Assisting the CFO in maintaining and developing the relationship with various financial institutions and financing team of IGE

4. Coordinating with IGE to ensure timely cash movements for investments

5. Collaborate with the CFO on strategic initiatives to improve company's performance in the areas of capital budgeting, cash flow management, working capital management

Financial Planning & Analysis:

1. Be accountable for Budgeting & periodic forecasts

2. Preparing the board reporting for business performance on a periodic basis.

3. Reporting the actual performance against the budget on a monthly basis.

4. Drive the business performance on a monthly basis by highlighting the improvement areas & driving the suggested actions.

5. Lead & Support various special projects to be driven across IGR & its SPV's.

6. Identifying and tracking of key decision drivers towards achieving organizational objectives and goals.

Requirement:

Qualifications: CA / MBA Finance, Advanced MS Excel usage skills (Certification towards this would be an added advantage), Strong Financial modeling skills

8-10 years of post-qualification experience as a senior finance professional with preference given to candidates with multi-disciplinary finance experience across financial planning, investment analysis, etc.
