The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives through efficiencies and process excellence.

Principle Accountabilities :

Talent Acquisition (50% Role) :

- Responsible for readiness of candidate Pipeline in region

- Creating Multiple channels of recruitment

- Acquiring right talent within specified timelines

- Manage SOP's of Recruitment

Employee Engagement :

- Ensuring new hire integration as per SOPs in order to enhance employee experience during early days

- Ensuring actions on feedback from employees during new hire integration and continuous strengthening of orientation program

Performance Management :

- Ensuring KRA's setting at regional level

- Ensuring compliance against Mid-Year Performance assessment

- Ensuring execution of annual PMS cycle completion

Employee Engagement :

- Ensuring employee participation in employee engagement health surveys

- Ensuring cascading engagement results with in regions and teams

- Managing employee engagement action planning within the regions and ensuring 100% compliance against score card action items.

Employee Relations :

- Analyse and interpret people related metrics to identify trends and inform the development and improvement on policies and processes, management development activities and employee engagement.

- Develop and support the delivery of Employee Relations related learning and talent development interventions, working with and seeking input from other teams as required.

- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to assess the impact of policy and practice and make recommendations to address areas of inconsistency or practice improvement.

Management Information System (MIS) :

- Support reporting and measurement activity across the whole range of HR activity.

- Work closely with team to enhance MIS to continuously improve Management Information.

Educational Qualification :

- MBA/PGDBM from a reputed university/Institute

- Graduation in any stream Preference for subjects in commerce/Economics/English in 1st Division

Relevant Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in managing various life stages of employee life cycles.
