Interface.ai - Senior Product Manager

Job Description : This is a remote position.

About Us :

- We have grown over 1400% in revenues in the last year.

- Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

- Our IVA is transforming financial institutions' call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

- Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

- We are 50+ people strong with employees spread across US and India locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups.

- We are a fully remote team.

- Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a Senior Product Manager(B2B), you will :

- Our platform is a suite of tools that makes the underlying core technology usable for FIs and there are certain parts that will also be used by the customers of the FIs. So you have an opportunity to build products that are both B2B and B2C.

- Create and deliver on product vision, goal, strategy, and roadmap through first principles

- Create & communicate a clear vision for the products with all stakeholders

- Partner with UX design, engineering, and users to define, design, build, measure, and iterate new capabilities to fulfill the roadmap and its goals

- Collaborate with internal teams, users, and other product managers to define problems, business processes, use cases, and the solution workflows and requirements

- Help develop the product roadmap that prioritizes and creatively addresses the highest impact opportunities for our users and business

- Own a product backlog and partner with an Agile engineering team to define, prioritize, estimate, and manage features through to delivery

- Own the delivery of OKRs, define KPIs and their drivers, while meeting SLAs

- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS product management or business analysis experience

- Having experience with integrations, APIs, and SQL is a plus

- Clear track records in shipping many successful enterprise products to a significant customer base

- Ability to produce convincing stories and pitches to gain buy-in from business leaders and strategic partners
