Intercompany Accounting Manager - CA - BFSI

Looking for CA's with 12+ years of accounting related experience for a large global management consulting company, for their Finance (Global Accounting and Control) division.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that integrity of the intercompany accounting processes is maintained throughout

- Work with other teams to design and implement processes to monitor compliance with intercompany policies and procedures

- Lead a team that is responsible for the performance of monthly calculations for inter unit charges, raising invoices, recording journal entries and performing reconciliations

- Coordinate the annual budget processes to determine the baseline models for hosted staff, and the periodic recalculations according to the intercompany pricing guidelines

- Coordinate with Treasury to ensure effective intercompany cash and foreign exchange management; accurate interest calculations and settlements; and the requirements for withholding taxes have been achieved

- Coordinate with Tax and local offices to provide documentation, back-up support and analysis for tax audits and transfer pricing defense as needed

- Continue to seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes

- Identify, develop and deliver policy documentation and communication as needed

- Incorporate new activities and shared services into the intercompany pricing framework once approvals have been obtained

Desired Profile :

- 12+ years of accounting - related work experience, including US GAAP accounting, management and financial reporting, knowledge of the US and international tax systems including an understanding of transfer pricing principles

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required,

- CPA/Chartered Accountant status required, MBA is a plus

- 5+ years of management experience at a large multinational company required

- Previous experience working in a public accounting firm for a minimum of five years required

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interacting with peer group and senior leadership

- Systems experience is a plus: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle 12R, Oracle Smart View, Oracle Financials, Business Objects or other comparable systems

- Travel will be required - approx. 30-35% in 1st year and 10-15% thereafter
