Interactive Brokers is looking for talented and experienced Client Service Associates for our Customer Service Team. Below are the Job details.
Responsibilities -
- Respond to retail and professional clients' inquiries via inbound calls, email and on-line chat
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of products offered by IB on various global exchanges
- Assist clients with opening and funding accounts
- Show clients how to use different features of the Trader Workstation
- Explain margin requirements to clients
- Investigate trade issues and order executions
- Knowledge of securities regulations impact on customers
Allowances as per shift :
- 06:30 AM to 3:30 PM INR 200 per day
- 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM INR 200 per day
- 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM INR 650 per day
Qualifications :
- Experience: 2 years in trading or brokerage services, advisory, client management.
- Education: University degree (Bachelors) required
- NCFM/NISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives preferred
- High level of MS Excel skills required
- Language skills: Fluent English
- Good quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills required
