- Lead teams working on origination, structuring and execution of various equity mandates

- Supervise the team in preparation of information memorandum, research on industry and sector as part of transaction execution;

Qualifications/ Skill set requirement

- Background in investment banking with minimum 5 years experience mandatory;

- Successful track record of VC/ PE distribution

- Strong financial modelling and presentation skills

- Responsibilities include inter alia

- Ability to independently lead sector coverage and originate new business

- Leads teams on transactions right from transaction collateral preparation to investor reach outs, negotiate transaction terms, coordinate with third parties to ensure closure of transactions
