Skills / Abilities Required
- 5 to 15 years of Experience in IT / BFSI.
- Experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Revenue Enhancement / Build Prospect Base in Green Field Markets / Competitive Markets.
- Existing Relationships in the corporate sector in India
- Ability to cultivates and nurtures customer relationships.
- Consultative sales approach.
- Focus is on developing an in-depth understanding of the customer's business in order to effectively identify solutions that fit well with the customer's strategy and needs.
- Will be paid both for upselling as well as for closing new deals.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Develop trusted relationships over time
- Ability to make and execute mid- to long-term account plans.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
