Intense Technologies is hiring Management Graduates for various roles like Business Development, Account Management, Project Management, Presales and Marketing.  Preferred Profile / Candidate  The ideal person for this opportunity would be a management graduate from reputed Business School or University or Institution, with specializations in either Operations or IT / Systems or Marketing.  Must have done graduation in Engineering, Sciences or Commerce with atleast 60% aggregate.  Willing to travel or relocate across any location in India or Abroad.  Very strong communications skills - Writing, Reading and Spoken.  Roles and Responsibilities  The incumbent would be treated as Management Trainee within the organization for a period of 6 months during which s/he would go through rigorous formal and on the job training on various aspects of business including but not limited to Sales, Business Development, Presales, Product Management and Project Management. Based on the performance, company would assign a role in either of the functions mentioned above across any locations where company may have a requirement and presence.  The individual has to demonstrate quick learning on areas like Technology, Product Domains and Customer Success.  Selection Process  1.
