Job Description / Responsibilities

This role will immerse you in the start-up culture and provide you with valuable insights into a very different career path from that of the typical graduate. In this role, you would be responsible for end to end project management, business analysis & executive administrative assistance to the COO and would be involved in crucial, strategic data gathering, preparing important reports and gleaning insights from the data. You will be the driver of managing ongoing client deliverables and will be required to deal with large volumes of data in order to prepare client-ready presentations and reports.

You will also be involved in engaging with customers for business opportunities, to present product vision and roadmap, understand market requirements, and to provide support pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

This is not a silo position. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can work successfully with all internal departments (engineering, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure achievement of product and company goals. In short, we want a Growth Hacker, who will take up the responsibility, almost as an Entrepreneur, of changing and challenging things to take Intelligence Node to the next level, and in return we will give you all the support you need!

You will need to have a highly customer-driven mindset, going the extra mile to add value to customers. You will also interact with customers on an on-going basis to determine satisfaction levels and new avenues of change and growth of product in order to drive the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Desired profile of the candidate

- MBA from a reputed tier-1 B-School with at least 0 - 2 years of proven track record (post MBA/PG) in assisting senior management, preferably for international businesses/expats with strategic administrative work within Digital/IT/Internet/Ecommerce/Technology companies

- Bachelor's Degree from a top tier school/ institution

- Strong knowledge of the global business environment, business strategy & intricacies of management reporting

- Strong analytical & data-driven approach, quantitative & reporting skills

- High proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel and Word is a must

- Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information

- Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries

- Open mind-set and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances

- Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management; you will be reporting to the COO based out of Dubai

- Proactive, self-motivated, curious & hungry to learn. Willing to ask questions and gain deeper understanding of designated tasks

- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for phone or email conversations

- An obsession with customer happiness - set the stage for an effective sales cycle

- The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it

- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently as well as a part of the team, in a fast-paced environment

- Strong ability to learn about new softwares and technology quickly on-the-job to hit the ground running
