IntelliEd Innovations - Chief Marketing Officer - IIM/FMS/MDI/ISB

We are looking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer to steer the Sales & Marketing initiative.

Responsibilities/Qualifications :

- Experience in Media or Education segment

- Should have in-depth digital marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies.

- Run effective email marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO campaigns

- Define overall community strategy, and specify key platforms/channels and related objectives

- Brainstorm and experiment (plan, execute, and measure) with new creative growth strategies to increase follower base and boost app-related conversions

- Manage and fine-tune the product based on the feedback from end-users

- Design offline sales strategy and manage the sales team

- Establish partnerships with established businesses in the market

- Approach Government institutes for promoting the product

Requirements

- MBA from Top 10 B-School such as IIM, ISB.

- Prior work experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in above areas

- Strong creativity and ability to create innovative campaigns

- Ability to think analytically and take a data-driven approach

- Basic understanding of business skills

- Excellent English language and grammar skills

Right candidate will get good chunk of equity in addition to the salary of Rs 8L- Rs 12L.
