Intellicar - Program Manager - IIM/IIT/ISB/MDI/FMS

- The Program Manager is responsible to monitor multiple projects, successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change, co-ordination of the program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies.

- Co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits.

- Responsible for Business Analysis, requirement analysis, Gap analysis.

- Documentation of project and procedures, test script to meet technical/business specification.

- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Investors, partners, vendors, SME- s, R&D and support team and create product roadmap and timelines.

- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI. Produce accurate and timely report to the Business Heads and core stakeholders.

- Pre-Sale activities - Structure and propose the right solutions to the existing and potential customers, structured negotiations which translates to customer on-boarding.

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.

- Apply change, risk and resource management.

- You possess strong Techno-Finance and analytical abilities

- You excel in all areas project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and people development.

- Proficiency in market research, program management and managing cross-functional teams

- Excellent attention to detail, strong business intuition and deep understanding of the industry.

Qualifications:

- Seven plus years of relevant work experience in Program Management

- B.E/B. Tech or MBA from a Top Tier business school in India / abroad or relevant qualification from reputed Institutions with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
