Job Duties :
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Develop a Sales Strategy to Achieve Organizational Sales Goals and Revenues
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Set Individual Sales Targets with Sales Team. Delegate Responsibility for Customer Accounts to Sales Personnel
- Evaluate Performance of Sales Staff. Assist the Development of Sales Presentations and Proposals. Co-Ordinate and Monitor Online Sales Activity.
- Investigate Lost Sales and Customer Accounts track, Collate and Interpret Sales Figures
- Forecast Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Revenue. Generate Timely Sales Reports. Develop Pricing Schedules and Rates
- Prepare Budgets, formulate sales policies & procedures.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
MBA/B.Tech or relevant qualification with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
