- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing/hiring strategies that are aligned with Intellectyx' objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively.
- Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent into team.
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as the culture fit with the Intellectyx environment.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
- Provide effective and insightful data and reports to aid and improve hiring objectives and location strategies.
- Discover, attract and lead a diverse and high-performing team.
