Responsibilities

This role is responsible for increasing pipelineand its conversion.

This means reaching those 1,500-3,000 decision makers worldwide and ensuring they all know who we are, what we offer and what is special about us. Specifically, that whenever they look for a solution in the transaction banking space they contact us. The role therefore includes managing the digital presenceof iGTB globally, working closely with the Global Campaign Heads, the CMO based in London and with the iGTB marketing operations team in India.

Success is measuredprimarily by surpassing competitors- reach and successful calls to action. Using content provided (we have an abundance of excellent content), a terrier with excellent knowledge of modern social media, SEO, digital, video, inshots, memes and other techniques is required, with an insatiable appetite for putting us first and foremost in our time-poor, senior executive clients- eyeballs.

This individual will be expected to create a loyal community following iGTB and its thoughts.

It is not vital for this individual to have transaction banking or even banking experience but must be able to understand and articulate the proposition in a first discussion with a prospect. Experience in mass market marketing might be useful to bring to bear but it is critical the individual can understand what will work in the intimate B2B2B market.

The main responsibility of this role is to expand the development of a business intelligently and quickly. This includes the ability to

- Enable iGTB to gain the greatest number of clients by doing whatever it takes- implementing marketing strategies such as advertising campaigns, SEO or emailing, data and traffic analysis, and product design such as adding a feature or improving customer experience.

- Analyze potential growth levers and work with the teams in charge of content to implement these strategies on digital and social media.

- Scaling and automating the growth processes covering faster demand gen, driving high-quality leads into the funnel at scale and nurture the leads leveraging digital marketing.

- Industrializing the processes for digital & growth hacking activity so that they scale and become - second nature- .

- Influencing, educating, prompting and ensuring all senior people understand their own role in digital marketing (e.g. tweeting or providing responses quickly) and carry out their tasks.

- Digital Analytics to know what is successful and what is not and to be able to adjust accordingly and reinvent.

- Obsesses over and dramatically improve the effectiveness of iGTB's digital channels including website, email marketing and social media channels through detailed data analysis.

The role also includes the following responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain iGTB online and social media presence.

- Creating and executing approaches for delivering an excellent social media presence.

- Driving traffic to iGTB digital properties: website, landing pages, social media, apps etc.

- Implement& activate new online media channels that may benefit the B2B transaction banking business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.

- Search engine optimisation (SEO): increase number of visitors to iGTB's website by implementing SEO techniques & getting high-ranking placements in search results.

- Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of followers through channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

- Active monitoring & response of all social media properties to ensure active engagement and routing of leads to appropriate sales teams.

- Use web analytics to monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvement;

- PPC Campaigns; assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies.

- Developing and integrating online content marketing strategies - across various channels such as web, social, PR. Email etc.

- Ensuring correct calls to action and included with any messaging and that they are followed up.

- Reacting immediately and appropriately to any output from our target client base.

- Creating a loyal online following for iGTB&vibrant alumnus community for the iGTB Oxford School of Transaction Banking.

- Orchestrating conventional and unconventional digital campaigns.

- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.

Skills and Capabilities

- Proven digital marketing with 7-10 years of experience

- Energy, enthusiasm and passion

- A good growth hacker is a team player, is able to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Good articulate persuasive English, editing & copywriting skills and a good sense of graphical design

- A clear understanding of modern digital marketing and both inbound and outbound marketing

- A fan of metrics, mad about A/B testing, insane about scalability and turn this analysis into actionable digital campaigns

- Being social and understanding users- behavior. Having great customer relations skills and being focus on customer experience

- High impact and influence. Self-critical and self-correcting.

- Self-starting, able to work to outcomes without needing high maintenance oversight.

- Having experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows etc.

This is a crucial role and will have a major impact on the organization. We are therefore expecting candidates to have - done their homework- for the interview - we are looking for people who come with knowledge, experience, especially opinionsabout what works in an intimate B2B2B market and who have reviewed our key web sites: intellectdesign.com, igtb.com and iGTBOxford.com.

In particular, as marketing people, we would expect their CVs to be top class marketing assets and will be judged on their infographic look and feel as well as content. Apart from this design flair, applicants will be judged by how well they can demonstrate passion & energy, influence & impact, marketing instincts, transaction banking savvy, network & networking and a revenue focus.

This is a marketing role where look and feel are of huge importance as well as content. If you cannot create marketing material that sells yourself, we are not interested in you.
