A FuEL Business Analyst at Intellect collaborates on the product development team to analyze business domains, document systems and processes, outline business requirements and find successful business models, providing clarification on requirements, advising development and testing teams and creating a product roadmap.

On a given day, the Business Analyst will spend time:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Facilitating product demos and training to project stakeholders

- Creating product collateral for sales and marketing teams and provide inputs for RFP responses

- Performing requirements analysis and conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

- Designing and developing Product Workflows, implementing user stories, performing ERP API integrations, UAT and delivering product using Agile scrum methodology

- Engaging with various internal/external stakeholders such as client, technology team, product managers, operations and testing team & ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

- Providing overall direction & manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning , product enhancements , product development and go-to-market strategy

- Gaining a deep understanding of the customer, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive growth

- Identifying product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects; Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

- Understanding Business and Operations pain areas, analyze and provide best-fit solutions.

- Your areas of knowledge required to apply for FuEL Business Analyst position:

- MBA from Top B-School.

- Experience of 4 to 9 years as a BA/SME/Domain Expert in any IT product company (Banking/Financial/ Ecommerce)

- The role can be based out of our Chennai and Mumbai offices.
