Intellecap - Senior Associate - Investment Banking Group - Debt

Roles and responsibilities:

- Keeping abreast of debt deals and happenings, sharing the information to facilitate the creation of deal pipeline;

- Thinking innovatively to develop ideas for opportunities that are not obvious;

- Support the deal making team in the execution of projects by providing sound analysis and financial modelling support;

- To assist Transaction leads during different phases of the fund raising process

- Working as part of a team to develop and deliver pitches;

- Relevant national and international (rare) field travel and exposure as and when required.

- Contribute to making Investment Banking Group of Intellecap evolve into a premier service provider in the space.

Skill set:

- Excellent spreadsheet skills;

- Ability to understand financial statements and prepare and analyse complex financial models;

- Ability to prepare high-quality presentations.
