Position: Associate/Senior Associate HR – Recruitment

Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai (Mumbai candidates would be deputed to Hyderabad for the first 5 months)

Experience/ Education:

- A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management

- Master's degree in HRM or equivalent is an added advantage

- 2-4 years of experience in a demanding recruiting role with an emphasis on hiring and employee data management

Skills:

- Work experience in social enterprise/development /management consulting/investment banking would be an advantage

- Good communication skills

- High level of ownership and commitment

Job responsibilities:

- Make an effort to understand the company and the hiring requirements of the business lines and document the role requirements along with the HR team.

- Identify places from which relevant profiles can be sourced and initiate the process with agencies, campuses, job boards etc.

- Manage our online applicant tracking system.

- Follow up on all candidate and business line queries made by email, telephone or in person with finesse and in a timely manner.

- Assist in shortlisting the CVs of the applicants.

- Assist in contacting candidates and managing the logistics of the interview process.

- Assist in bringing all offers to a successful close with relevant paperwork and follow up.

- Take on some HR department and data management work as the need arises.
