OVERVIEW: The Communications &amp; Marketing Sr/Associate supports and participates in Sankalp Forum's communication outreach to key audiences including entrepreneurs, funders, investors, the corporate industry at large, policy makers and the media. The Sr/Associate will publish and send scheduled web, blog and social media content utilizing a content management system, email marketing software and social media platforms. This position will support both the Global Summit, Africa Summit and our global outreach across the Global South. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Support the planning, execution and tracking of global and regional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, events, etc. - Scheduling and managing day-to-day social content - Copy writing for digital campaigns including website and social media - Managing digital social communities of Sankalp Forum - Tracking and interpreting marketing data to make recommendations and influence decision making - Assisting in the development of video content and promotion - Track and report the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and prospecting activities QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS: - Minimum 3 - 6 years professional work experience - Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with fast, flexible, and cooperative style, and meet tight deadlines - Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail - Previous experience pulling data analytics from social media platforms, Google Analytics, etc. - Experience with blogging, social media, and video marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - A highly motivated and resourceful individual capable of working with a team as well as independently
