Job Description
- Lead new transitions in F&A vertical, key contributor to F&A transition proposals, transformation projects, solutions design to transition phase.
- Flawless execution on Operational deliverables through a robust operational and controls/compliance framework
- Provide direction and coaching to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a strong team of F&A domain including closing, reporting, budgeting/forecasting and financial planning.
- Develop and drive best practices, framework, case studies, benchmarking for R2R processes for making process more efficient and effective
- Actively engage with customers on improvement opportunities, new transitions and value added services
- Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
- Build impactful customer relationship; enhance Net Promoter Score
