- Open to domestic and international travel

- Flexible to work in US Hours

- Experience in managing mid to large end to end transaction processing operations in a finance shared service environment (150 + FTE)

- Deep understanding of key result areas in areas

- Accounts Payable, Receivables, Credit and Collections, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Banking Operations

- Experience of driving transactional operations against a strict month end timetable

- Strong experience of technical accounting

- Proven track record of developing a business impact based operating paradigms to focus on clients results such as but not limited to

- Days Sales Outstanding

- Paid on time,

- First pass rate

- Cash flow and working capital reporting

- Paid on Experience of consistently delivering against SLAs and KPI

- Experience of developing frameworks to encourage greater business engagement such as supplier engagement, account manager engagement

- Exposure to working in a voice based environment dealing with both end customers, suppliers and the business

- Ability to conceptualize operational dashboard to report pending invoices, open bank items, unapplied cash amongst other

- Understanding of technologies like OCR, Blackline, Robotics, etc.

- Exposure to working in industries such as telecom which have multiple revenue streams

- Highly proficient with MS Office

- Sound working knowledge of ERPs
