Head - Credit & Collections - MBA Finance

Open to domestic and international travel - Flexible to work in US Hours

Excellent understanding of collections accounting and cash application to debtor accounts and subsequent sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation

- Knowledge of telecom collections and revenue streams will be a big plus

- Excellent understanding of sub ledger to general ledger reconciliations

- Strong appreciation and understanding of the downstream impact of collection operations

- Must have experience of independently managing end to end collections operations

- Experience of defining collections strategy and following through with collectors

- Ability to drive collection performance during crunch periods like but not limited to month/ quarter and year ends

- Ability to create metric driven operations by monitoring metrics such as net collections, DSO, unapplied cash amongst others

- Proficiency with MS Excel

- Exposure to working in 3rd party P&L based environment will be a big plus

- Transition experience will be a big advantage
