Education :

- CA, MBA Finance or Post graduate in Commerce

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead Global F&A Transitions for clients across UK, Europe and Australia region.

- Partner with multi-function teams to constantly enrich the engagement with clients

- Responsible for the end to end transition activities from design to implementation, architect solutions, conduct due diligence and implement Transition projects.

- Involve in major transformation initiatives and contribute to solution design, business diagnostic, organization design, business process.

- Project manage the transition into the delivery center to ensure a smooth and successful transition

- Ensure that the transition is completed within the allocated budgets and time-frames

- Work with various functions of the center like Finance, HR, IT etc to ensure operational set-up of the deal

- Identify means of improving our transition processes

- Responding to proposal requests from on-shore account leads and business partners

- Free up SDLs for focus on service delivery and people /team management

- Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI)

- Providing specific inputs on aspects of off-shoring work (such as costs, organization structure etc), to the onshore business partners

- Pre sales : Showcase Client Capabilities to prospective clients

- Manage client site visit programs, especially during visits to scope out new work and transition periods

- Ensure creation of supporting documents such as case studies

- Work with deal teams to identify and train presenters to be involved in floor visits
