Exceptional body of work in independently leading, stabilizing and growing mid to large Shared Services

operations with at least 250 to 300 FTE(s)

- Experienced in leading end to end finance shared service implementation and stabilization in a greenfield site

- Has been responsible for managing a shared service with end to end financial accounting processes

- Track record of consistently delivery against SLAs and KPI and business outcomes

- Experience in developing and executing action plans for performance management

- Ability to provide thought leadership internally and to the client organizations

- Experience of managing a dynamic client landscape with multiple senior stakeholders

- Strong technology and analytical mindset

- Ability to understand a complex telecom systems landscape

- Exposure of managing multi - country, multi-currency finance operations

- Experience of sponsoring transformation programs withinter dependencies with the client IT and finance landscape
