The ideal candidate is a quality-conscious, motivated individual with a background in technology, who will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. S/he will interact with clients to successfully cater to their requirements, and help them use the service effectively. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of assigned client accounts with a high degree of professionalism

- Gather client requirements, negotiate pricing and communicate/agree on the scope of work and timelines

- On-board new clients by assisting with various formalities (contracting, registering as a vendor in client systems etc.)

- Requires extensive, thorough co-ordination for solution delivery/implementation with internal team members and third-party vendors

- Track deliverables and liaise between client-side managers and team members/service providers to ensure timely delivery of each item in the scope of work

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations, as needed

- Track client billing and prepare reports with key account metrics

- Manage work done by external service providers keeping a tab on work items, timelines and payments

- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients

- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions

- Assist in generating and managing new client leads (Running marketing campaigns, tracking leads in CRM etc.)

- Provide a high quality, responsive and highly professional interface to clients

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
