Senior Attorney Associate - Contract Review & Negotiation

Position Summary:

The Contract Attorney is primarily responsible for providing contract drafting, review, redlining, amending, and negotiation services to Integreon's clients in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines set by the clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Production (90%) : 

- Intake of relevant contracts, documents, and other information in accordance with client procedures

- Analyze documents for relevance and completeness and collect legal data as needed

- Draft, review, redline, amend, and negotiate various commercial agreements such as, but not limited to, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements

- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the client's in-house counsel, procurement department, and other business stakeholders

- Respond to contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreements

- Research relevant information and contracts to ascertain the facts pertaining to the subject- matter

- Monitor, review and manage the status of certain agreements

- Perform quality review checks of the work product of other members of the team and provide feedback as necessary

- Perform such additional tasks that may be assigned

Reports & Admin (10%) : 

- Perform administrative tasks such as preparation and submission of reports and metrics

- Attend regular Team meetings and operations meeting and client calls as required

- Conduct training covering contracts in general and processes involved in the review, drafting and negotiating of contracts

- Conduct training on the client's proprietary systems/databases as needed

- Maintain and support ISO standards through creation and updating of documentation and compliance with all security standards

Minimum Required Qualifications:

- At least four (4) years of experience as an attorney drafting and negotiating a range of contracts, including NDAs, commercial contracts, procurement contracts, and license agreements

- Law Graduate

- Excellent skills in drafting, analyzing and communicating contractual terms to clients together with a high ability to influence and negotiate

- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment and communicate effectively in an open manner

- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (11 AM to 8 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM IST)

Work Location: Willing to work in Mumbai city (Goregaon East).
