Position Objectives and Expectations :   - Develop Executive Dashboard.  - Drive analyses of annual budgets  - In-charge of preparing rolling financial forecasts and it's co-ordination with rolling cash forecast.  - Provide actual vs. budget vs. forecast analyses as directed by CFO  - Prepare EVA computations, ROI analyses pre and post cap-ex.  - Financial modeling and assist in acquisition analyses.  - Work with product line/divisions leaders to evaluate on real-time and monthly performance,: actual vs. budget vs. forecast   - Make recommendation for operational financial performance improvements.   Personal Success Characteristics :   - High level of integrity and work ethics.  - High level of positive attitude and commitment  - Strong verbal and written English communication skills.  - Thorough knowledge of accounting systems.  - Detail oriented, organized and committed to accuracy and timeliness.  - Professional approach to problem solving.  - Extremely dependable in maintaining restricted information.  - Strong analytical skills a must  - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with all levels   - Ability to work in global environment with different time-zones.  - Excellent MS office skills.  Educational Requirements :   MBA - Finance   - Thorough understanding of accounting principles and experience in accounting  - Exposure to GAAP and IAS reporting.  - Prior experience working with IT to develop MIS reports and strong skills in optimizing systems for generating analysis and reports .  - Prior working experience in KPO/ITeS/IT environment is a must; International exposure will be an added advantage.
