Job Title: Director, Business Enablement Services Location: Mumbai, India Reports to: Vice President Role Summary: The role entails overseeing day-to-day operations: managing production schedule, collaborating with multiple clients, and implementing new processes. Another key aspect is to ensure quality of the deliverables is consistent. Should be solution oriented, good with analytical thinking, and have experience in contract management Responsibilities and Duties: - Manage multiple teams based out of Mumbai and Manila - Experience with RFP activities and MSA/SOW creation/renewal - Work hand in hand with the finance team for pricing - Client engagement and management - Timely &amp; effective communication to clients on all metrics and management of escalations - High focus on productivity, accuracy &amp; quality as well achievement of all timelines - Manage program with total responsibility in P&amp;L - Strong MIS skills and delivery of all services as per the SLA set - Assist in the sales cycle process by responding to proposals - Evaluate new tools and platforms to optimize the process/service line. This includes exploring partnership opportunities, structuring strategic alliances, and keeping a pulse on competitor solutions - Accountable for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment - Provide support to the sales team by demonstrating services to potential clients - Previous experience must include management of presentation graphic teams - In depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite Team Management: - Conducting One to One discussion and provide feedback on development and ratings - Contribute actively to maintain and increase team satisfaction level - Support ISO, Six Sigma projects to improve process performance on a consistent basis - Establish rapport with team members and across-teams - Identify barriers to team functioning and discuss possible solutions with the relevant party/parties - Succession Planning to the team members - Supporting team members to meet deadlines Functional Skills: - Excellent team management and conflict management skills and should have managed large teams in the past - Sound decision making, critical thinking skills and analytical ability - Strong negotiation, facilitation, influencing and consensus building skills - Hands on Manager, the Head of the program should lead by example, walk the talk - Should be a role model and a motivational leader Possess excellent collaborative skills - Should have good HR orientation and be aware of coaching and mentoring techniques - Should be approachable and have strong business acumen - Effective problem solving and excellent delivery capabilities to drive efficiencies - Good Financial Management skills - Prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks - Conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget and contracted parameters - Research and innovation Qualifications and Educational Requirements: - Graduate/Post Graduation in any field - Must have managed a minimum of 100+FTE across India, Philippines and USA - Minimum 12 years of working experience across BPO/KPO - Presentation Graphics background preferred Company Information: Integreon is a trusted, global provider of award-winning legal and business solutions to leading law firms, corporations and professional services firms.
