Position : Associate Project Lead

Job Description:

Associates hold critical responsibilities and assist managers and project teams with the effective execution of the project. Associates are expected to have the ability to work in multiple modules at one point, thereby providing maximum leverage to Project Leads. Being more experienced, they often engage end-to-end on the project and help with training newer/junior team members.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding client contexts and dynamics of business concepts

- Facilitating brainstorming sessions with project teams and providing strong leverage to the Manager in creating work and analytical plans

- Managing module/part of project independently or with small teams

- Conducting comprehensive and effective research using both secondary and primary (interview, survey) research sources and techniques

- Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and generating insightful and structured output using appropriate tools and techniques (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)

- As more experienced team members, contributing to the analytical approach, mentoring others, and helping drive innovation and internal improvements.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant research experience

- Strong analytical aptitude - problem solving, quantitative skills

- Strong verbal and oral communication

- Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills

- Logical and creative thinker

- Prior work experience of minimum 18 months in primary research is mandatory
