Roles & Responsibilities:

- This position reports to Director, Financial Planning.

- The role works closely with the Chief Financial Officer

- This is primarily a FP&A role and the primary work involves financial analysis and modeling, including work on strategic plans and initiatives

- Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics

- Track actual versus forecasted financial results and business drivers, providing variance analysis as required

- Create budgets and work on monthly variance reporting

- Evaluates and investigates company key financial results and business operational drivers

- Prepares, updates and maintains monthly business reports and management reports

- Support the CFO in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one time assignments on various plans, projections of the company

Required Skills

- Excellent problem solving, logical and data presentation skills

- Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams

- Should be flexible with work hours, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations
