Profile:

- Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs

- Strong experience on enterprise integration architecture, business process management and complex event processing

- Strong experience on architecting integration solutions leveraging various TIBCO products - TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, BusinessEvents

- Strong experience in architecting, designing and implementing SOA based integration solutions maximizing reuse

- Good knowledge and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes

- Good knowledge on design time and run time service life cycle management including tools that help achieve this

- Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

- Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities

- Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies

- Ability to work in team oriented environments

Nice to Have Ones:

- Experience on other TIBCO products like MDM, AMX BPM, ActiveSpaces

- Experience on other integration products such as IBM MB/MQ, Webmethods, etc.

- Knowledge of HTTP, XML, AJAX, SOAP, Web Services, JBI, application server internals and the Eclipse environment

- Experience in architecting and implementing a DR solution for the integration laye
