Integra Connect - India HR Head

Integra Connect (www.integraconnect.com) is a leading healthcare startup based out of the USA. We are looking to hire the HR Head for our India operations.

Responsibilities

- You will work closely with the Senior Management & Operations team in India to provide core HR services

- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team

As a successful candidate you should have :

- 8-15 years of HR Generalist experience in building organization strategy and execution and have rich experience in Heading HR

- Expertise in Talent Management

- KPO/BPO experience is a must have

- Work as HR Business Partner & enable Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that is performance driven

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Should have hands-on experience in Manpower Planning and other budgetary tasks in line with company's practice.

- Should have experience in handling Labour/internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.

- Ensure and comply with all legal compliance related to labor laws and other HR related regulations

Requirements :

- Proven working experience as HR Head or similar role

- People oriented and metrics-driven

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
