Expectation from this position: - To establish, maintain and build social media presence for Integra Connect from a B2B perspective - To Analyze, review and implement changes to website to optimize for search engines - Should be well-versed with fundamentals of online marketing, setting digital marketing campaigns from scratch in various mediums & channels - Individual should be able to identify the target audience, work with groups to drive right content, conduct key word research, competitor analysis, ad-copy writing and landing page optimization - Reporting, dashboard, performance review and optimization of all such campaigns - Good analytical skills with an ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets - Candidate should be good in written and verbal English communication to be able to interact &amp; coordinate with internal &amp; external teams - Good hands Google analytics, SEO checkers and similar tools that aid in analysis and reporting Responsibilities: On page SEO: - Observe search patterns and optimize titles, URL and description on each page to increase click through rate and ensure good rank in search results for targeted keywords - Collaborate and communicate with content writers to generate keyword rich and SEO focused content. - Develop efficient landing pages and plan user flow for capturing more leads through social media campaigns or website downloads - Suggest Website Architecture - Off page SEO with quality back links and competitors keyword research - Be abreast of latest changes in Search Technology by Giant search engines like Google - Basic scripting skills in any scripting language - Ability to analyse the effects of the changes made, using tools like Google Analytic SEO Campaign Management: - including the creation of monthly plans and calendars, scheduling, page boosting and management to maximize campaign outreach. Also includes planning and execution of paid campaigns across different social media platforms. - optimization to increase engagement. Content Management: - Creation and compilation of content for social media platforms such as Linkedin - Closely work with design teams to generate and use creative content depending on various accounts and their requirements. - Draft measurable goals Expected Outcomes: - Increased Web presence - Generate business enquiries - ROI as per business requirement Education: - Any UG, PG - Good to have MBA but not mandatory Experience in Industry: - Relevant Exp: 5 Yrs+ - Expertise in handling LinkedIn mandatory - B2B online marketing knowledge is preferred - Experience in start-ups, small teams required - Experience in marketing team required - Understanding of metrics like conversion rate, visits, click through rate required. - Comfortable in coordinating with Vendors, Programmers, business teams &amp; Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites - Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions - Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere - High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. - Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
