Role Head Strategy & Marketing Research
Job Specifications:
- Create long-term roadmap for the organization by identifying opportunities
- Evaluate the Pharma value chain of the organization, build an outlook towards opportunities, gaps, and demand for a better customer experience.
- Create and implement a strong ecosystem of experts (internal/external) for deep analysis and pursue/manage Pharma specific research for Industry-specific evaluations
- Based on pre-defined criteria, evaluate the challenges for Pharma industry and accordingly, define the business requirements
- Update Stakeholders on progress updates, risk/issues, course corrections etc.
Execution:
- Identify right team for building the solutions
- Develop a framework to evaluate opportunities and define customer and market segmentation along with Go to Market Strategy
- Setup a framework for end-to-end program management and reporting to stakeholders
What you'll bring to the team:
- Pharma professional with strategic expertise with at least of 10+ years with overall experience up to 15+ years.
- S/he should be able to take ownership for the delivery of strategic initiatives for Organization.
- S/he should have a strong grasp on Pharma domain and must have very hands-on exposure across multiple Pharma facets (E.g. Production, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Marketing etc.)
- S/he should have hands-on experience in Pharma process evaluation using standard process analysis frameworks
- S/he should have a good hang of demands (traditional as well as emerging) for Pharma industry
- S/he should be able to influence people (within and outside his/her line management remit) to align with the program objective
- S/he should be able to make decisions based on facts and judgments
- Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving - Quantitative, fact-based approach to team-based problem solving and strategic approach to address issues and offering solutions
