Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers. Prospect for new sales leads and close sales. Qualifications. 4-6 years' of client relationship experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills


- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services.


- Roles and Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. Understand clients' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to add value. Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with client expectations. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and goals. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on client needs.


- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and promote client retention. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.


- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed about project progress, updates, and potential challenges. Provide regular status reports and conduct periodic review meetings.


- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.


- Feedback Collection: Actively seek and collect client feedback to continuously improve products or services. Implement feedback into ongoing projects and initiatives. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, projects, and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive in the market.
