Job Description:

- Analyze problems, identify issues, summarize findings and recommend courses of actions to deliver
complex new process improvement from initiation through delivery.

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, dashboards, etc

- Define metrics to measure the health and success of all initiatives

- Exploring data to find actionable insights and make business recommendations

Skill Sets:

- Proven experience in program management.

- MBA from top tier college will be preferred

- Proven stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience in managing a team

- Highly analytical

- Startup experience will be recommended
