InsuranceDekho - Program Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are currently seeking an adept program manager to join our team and spearhead growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess astute business acumen and a proven track record in strategizing and executing high-level program initiatives.

Role: Program Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

a. Define the overarching program vision, goals, and roadmap.

b. Create effective growth strategies.

c. Develop a compelling business case to secure stakeholder buy-in

2. Stakeholder Management

a. Identify key stakeholders, both internal (e.g., project managers, functional leaders) and external (vendors, partners).

b. Effectively communicate program status, milestones, issues, and change requests across stakeholders.

c. Manage stakeholder interests and resolve conflicts as they arise.

3. Program Governance & Oversight

a. Establish a robust program governance framework encompassing stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and change control processes.

b. Continuously monitor project health, resource allocation, interdependencies, and risk mitigation activities.

c. Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis on schedule, budget, and scope performance.

d. Identify and address program-level risks by implementing effective mitigation strategies.

4. Benefits Realization

a. Ensure initiatives align with strategic goals and contribute to expected business outcomes.

b. Define success criteria, metrics, and a benefits realization plan.

c. Track and report on the realization of benefits throughout the program lifecycle.

d. Implement processes for integrating lessons learned and best practices post-program closure.

Skills & Qualification Required:

1. MBA from top tier college

2. 4 or more years of experience as a program manager or other managerial position (Startup experience to be preferred)

3. Should be proficient in MS office (PowerPoint and Excel)

4. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Excellent problem solving skills.
